It's UPSR exam time so I am not going to school these three days, Standard 1 to 5 are given notice to stay at home to study. But I still have to go tuition, I told my mom that I love to eat ice cream especially Meadow Gold Delectable Caramel Pecan. Brain activities center for kids

Being parent I am sure we want to have the best for our children, do you there's brain activities center for children? They have like left brain/right brain, which will give children to do assessment etc. 

Anyway it's not cheap to have children attend this classes. 

One of my son's classmate, he didn't go for this classes but he enrolled for English center. They are not cheap too, the course is expensive but they have told the parents if they didn't achieve the result they can attend again the same level for free. Indeed, her children gets to attend for free until they have pass the level.

As for the brain activities center, I am not sure if they have such guarantee for parent. 

What do you think? 

I feel that best brain activities for children are sports, that's where they can sweat it out and have a good health at the same time. 

Esse Gives Back 2013

 

 

Esse Gives Back is a one day "Nature" themed charity art sale event. The event encourages children all over the world to participate by creating an artwork about nature. These amazing young artists, ages from 3 to 16 years old, painted their love for nature into these artworks. The artworks are submitted from as far away as USA and South Africa, to Hong Kong, China, Australia, Singapore and also from Malaysia.

All the artworks are painted by children, for children. The proceeds from sales of the artwork will be donated to SHELTER – Home for Children in Malaysia. SHELTER is a registered welfare organization in Malaysia that has been in existence since 1981 to help abused, abandoned, neglected or at-risk children. They provide care and education to them and raise public awareness on issues such child abuse and child protection.

Teachers rejected gifts

Sad to inform you that the teachers from his class rejected his gifts for teachers. Yeah they find that the gift are cheap which not good enough for the teachers that are teaching him. Oh well, this is sad to see this happen to him.

Don't know what to say...

Apparently the teachers saw his gift and rejected him, saying that are just flowers nothing good for them. Oh well, I hope they are not blind because attached to the flowers are pens!

Teachers only received the gifts which are nicely wrapped in a box! That's what he told me.

Toy guns no longer fun?

Now Sean knows he has got a few guns he wouldn't purchase them anymore. I am happy he no longer choose toy gun, some friends told me they would not choose toy gun because they find it dangerous and no fun at all. I wouldn't let him buy any gun with bullets of course. Even bullet balls I find them dangerous what if shoot on someone or animal?

William Yau Zheng Zhong is dead?

My heart goes to the little boy and his mommy. I am sure they are regret of losing their six year old boy. It is sad to know he goes missing last Wednesday night, he gets out of car trying to look for their parents because his little sister was crying. His elder brother seven year old and one year old sister in the car.

The parents went into the electrical shop for washing machine, they left the children in the car.

Shopping toys@Daiso

I like to go shopping at Daiso, I know that not everything I have interest to purchase. My son has interest to purchase toy, he most interest will be toy gun. He found some nice toy guns and he would tests them on sound and trigger. Yeah he is particular about his toys.

When he found two toy guns he like, he needs to pick only one toy gun. He would go singing ini, mini, mini, mo..

School holiday is next month, he told me of he has interest to go Legoland or Genting Highlands. Sad to say that I cannot afford to bring him on vacation. I know during school holiday it would be crowded. He would be asking why so long in queue, this is life we need to queue for everything unless you purchase the tickets online. However enter the play place you still need to queue to play or sit them.

I have been to Johor Bharu, I have not been to Genting Highlands for more than ten years. I know so many changes there seeing some nice pictures taken by friends.

Christmas@Mid Valley

One Sunday we head to MidValley and you can see huge bear at the picture. We never get any picture with them I just take this picture to show you. Everyone taking their chance to hug the huge bear and take pictures.

I get the chance to eat Asam Laksa at Jusco but it is not so nice to eat anymore. I think they have change management to handle the shop.

Friday Christmas Eve

1. These are a few eggs in the basket.

2. We are waiting for the holiday dinner.

3. What's that I hear middle of the night.

4. Someone is coming quiet, quiet.

5. Some of my favorite holiday memories include Kuching, Sarawak in Malaysia.

6. There is nothing there not even a mouse.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to eat burger as supper, tomorrow my plans include breakfast and Sunday, I want to watch a movie with my family!

I don't know what type of flower is this, you can see it is so cute the flower look like standing.

First pair of Tom and Jerry Shoes

Sad to see Sean lost his first pair of Tom and Jerry Shoes at Court 2, Subang Jaya. We had breakfast there and on way back to car, Sean steps on water so he wants to be carry. Apparently one of the shoes fall and nobody notice, Jen also not sure where it dropped, by the time we reach SS15 Subang Jaya we only knew.

This pair of Tom and Jerry shoes expensive I purchase from Jusco cost me nearly MYR$70.

Three storey houses

Tell me what you think of three storey houses, I know there is not many in Malaysia. It is kind of expensive to have such home. In my area I spotted only one row of housing that is three storey houses.

Most houses having gates and fences up to protect their property, if a house is vacant, some day things will be missing. I have seen shop lot that is vacant and many things missing from there such at the windows, grilled gate, etc.

My friend told me that old folks prefer single story house as they do not like to walk second floor. It is more convenient for them to go places.

Handmade jewelry for Happy Teacher's Day

The children party at Kindergarten is on 4 June, so I decided to get some handmade jewelry for the teachers. I have seen parents looking for gifts at the shopping mall. I prefer to find unique type of jewelry for the teachers.

Each of the teacher will get the leather bracelet. :D

Above shop is located at Midvalley shopping mall, I was there so hubby decided to take picture of it.

It is located at the highest floor, Sean saw it but we not allow him to go as he will hunt for new toys!
