I-City, five new attractions

Yesterday , my mother take me to i-city to see and play. First my mother parked the car at taxi parking that is reserved for my mother car.

We go to Fun Fair near to the Itsy Bitsy. You can find it nearby the Old Town White Coffee Building. 

How high can I go? I want to reach the Minion dolls, I found Pikachu dolls, Smurfs and Doreamon dolls. You can win them from the Fun Fair. 

My mother brought me to Giant Ferris Wheel where I told her I wanted to go up.

 Enjoy my ride at the Giant Ferris Wheel, I am not afraid of height. It's very windy up there.

After the ride, we go to Fun Drive, there's the man there to explains to all kids and adults on how to gain points and how reduction of points something went wrong.

It's fun and education for all new drivers like me.

So many rides to find in Itsy Bitsy, I am sure my little brother will like to get on these rides.

Vroom, bumper cars in Jungle Adventure that my mother and I non stop moving around.

There's a tunnel further in, you can always try going in and out of it.

The Fun Drive where you can see traffic lights, we need to stop at Red Light and move on Green Light. Don't worry if you afraid of having mistake, the video you'll watch will teach you everything.

I am sure he'll enjoy many rides if he's there.

Train them young while you still can

I feel that it is good to train the children young while you still can. Imagine if they are older and not willing to listen to you anymore. Well some perhaps not all of them.

I trained my 8 year old to wash his school shoes so he knows how to do it by himself. I told him to bring up clothes he needs to change after shower.

I haven't teach him on packing clothes, I think it will be good idea to do so. This way he knows what he needs to pack to the destination, and of course how many days he gonna stay over.

Godzilla 2014

It's going to be special night as I'm going to bring my son for a movie. We gonna watch Godzilla 2014.

This weekend we'll continue with the revision for exam, though friend share me on free movie for weekend. But I think it's best to revise at home since we are going for movie tonight, there's no need to watch twice of movies in a week.

It's not the same movie, but I prefer him to study at home. It's never easy to teach him, he's getting lazy and harder to teach. 

Son wants reward for good mark

He told me that he gets 80 marks for spelling. He asked if there's any reward for it. Yesterday I bumped into his classmate's mom and found out that her son is getting 100 mark for every spelling, that's because her hubby reward him RM100 for each 100 marks get. Ahhh.... I can't afford that.. if it happen to me.

Do you think it is good to reward children with money if they gets good result in exam/spelling?

What's on your mind?

One mom told me, it is one way her son is saving money to purchase his favourite toys. 

Movie with son after exam

The exam is over and I have decided to bring him for a movie. Special ID is PG13, I plan to bring him to watch this movie later.

By the way, there is one cinema giving away Marvel's Thor Dark World movie ticket!

Missing mechanical pencils, colour pencils, glue sticks

I can say that late Sean is very clumsy, he lost of mechanical pencils, colour pencils, erasers, and glue sticks. Well I have always provide him one mechanical pencils, twelve colour pencils, one eraser, one glue stick and one pair of scissor!

I always need to purchase the stationery because he's losing them often. I have put label with his name and class room but sad to say nobody ever return them! I don't know why some classmate in his class likes to take his belongings. He fear to tell teacher because the classmate will treat him bad.

What do you do about? Some parents say nevermind they are just stationery. Some parents do mind because got classmate took home her son's colour pencil box and inform teacher only the classmate will return next day. Yeah the classmate that took other people belonging always tell, never take it back or take it. Teacher's know about the children character after months of teaching them in class.

Shopping stationery for son

Since he started school, he needs to use pencils and erasers often. I can tell you that sometimes the pencils and erasers go missing. I need to check on his colour pencils always, if it is short I need to replace it for him to use in school.

I don't know why but the classroom students like to borrow his stationery. They didn't use properly and one of them break his pencil box. The side of pencil box where can put the sharpener the cover is broken.

One time my son lost his eraser and he asked the girl who borrow his stationery to borrow him the erase but she refused. :(

Son crying cannot find dad

I have told hubby before using the main gate to wait for Sean after school. It seems Sean runs out of main gate and head to shop while hubby still inside to find son. A mommy called me to inform that Sean crying couldn't find dad. I then told her, his dad on the way. After hang up with her immediate called hubby to inform and then he says saw him outside.

Scary right?! It could happen to anyone if you no pay attention on where and when your kid runs out of school.

Anyway glad son is alright! The mom called me again to inform and explain how dangerous it is.. He is running out of school. Morning I didn't follow go school as hubby has appointment with friend to chat there. I guess father and son never talk about where to wait after school!

He even SMS me to ask where I normally waits him.

Checking suitable pencil box for children

Being mom i am concern if Sean is doing well or not with his studies. I also check on which pencil box suitable for him, i find out that most pencil box not suitable because it breaks the pencils in the pencil box. The pencil box of Spiderman is a good choice for him the pencils not easily break and i can put in tweleve colour pencils inside.

I often check on his pencils to see if i need to sharpen them, indeed i need because some are shorts. The pencil box i bought the other day, i decided to grab one more for spare to him. I did not want to show him, it is no Spiderman but Thomas Train pencil box.

Talking of pencil box, how many pencil box do your kids have?

Time to learn wash white shoes!

It is time to train my son to wash his own white shoes, yeah he needs to learn to do it! I don't want him to be depending on other people to help him. Some kids are lucky they have parents, maid, and grandparents to wash for them.

My son didn't get to wash his shoes once because he falls sick so he gets the day off. Today we have got the white stuff to apply of the shoes! I remembered I used them often for my white shoes. Some people like to soak the shoes in the water for a long time, but I find it broken the shoes fast!

Being parents are not easy, you also need to iron the uniform for them! That's why one of my friends bought give sets of uniforms to iron them one shot instead of doing it everyday. She's working so she does not have the time to do it daily.

Talking of school uniform, I purchased two pants for him $31.50 for one pant!

Busy playing puzzle

Every day Sean will be playing his favourite Thomas Train at least three times a day. I guide him to read and write sure takes longer time. He is less interest to read but jump to do them. I find out that he will choose the book cover to do the exercise in the book. He will also flip the page that he prefers.

I know he cannot do so at school, he is just a kid I don't want pressure him to study hard. Remember there is study pressure and stress that we used to get.

Don't shave your legs

I am sure you remember the school days, they are the peers influence and some girls started having their legs shave and during my college time I notice some girls shave their hands too. I suggest you listen to me don't shave your legs and hands, the hair growing out will be thick and not nice.

My sister have very long hair on legs because she shaves them for the first time then she needs to continue shaving them. Now you can find many type of shavers in the market, some for man and some for woman.
