Buffet @Palace of Golden Horses Hotel

This June School Holidays has been good to me and soon I will be facing exam for a week. Yeah next will start soon and also lots of studies to do.

Say do you like to eat buffet? I am happy to be back to the hotel as I recalled going there a few years back with my mom for the hi-tea. This time buffet at the Palace of Golden Horses and my little brother and aunt first time to visit and dine in this place too.

Talking of dessert, you should not miss out my mom's blog post on the desserts we have at Sunway Pyramid. It's good to dine in and have a cold dessert on this hot weather.

This month I also get new toys from my dad, that's fidget spinners! One is bought from SS15, Subang Jaya just RM7 then another is bought in IOI CITY MALL which is more expensive.

Rumah Terbuka Tahun Baru Cina MYDIN USJ- SJ ECHO

It's CNY OPEN HOUSE  MYDIN USJ- SJ ECHO last Friday evening. after tuition I went there with my mom. There is rain at USJ and we never give up, slowly drives in the rain and passed many traffic lights to reach the MYDIN MALL and finding parking. Above photo, 1st time was taken in year 2013 when I was Standard One.

The MYDIN MALL USJ is where my mom always brought me to go to shopping. I always choose a suitable school bag there. I like to use trolley school bags because it's easy to use and many choices of school bags to choose at MYDIN MALL.

The foodstreet has many choices of food and drinks to take. I choose to have popcorn, I like to eat popcorn.

I am happy to see special guests of Old Folks Home Seri Setia, Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya enjoy themselves. It's a happening night where we get to see lion dance performance and fire crackers, clowns and many more.

Mommies send food to children in school

Some mommies are fantastic they send food to school, yeah I mean they will go to school and wait for their children to come out from canteen then give food container to them. Then they will be there to wait for the children finished the food and if they have older children they need to wait another session of children to go canteen again. Yeah not easy being mom.

Sean request me to do so but sad to say I am not free. He feels jealous seeing other mom sending food to school.

It's not going to be easy because need to be there an hour early to find parking, if go late there will be no parking space available. Yeah imagine 50 mommies there then there will be 50 cars?!

 

Primary school students year 1 and year 2 only!

This sound rediculous but it is the truth, I don't know that the school will give you option to choose whether you want it or not but it leave you no choice that you will need to pay for their seating for meal. Yes, they are benches and tables in school but they have numbers the tables so students that paid for the seating and meal will get to seat on the numbered seats. No kidding, it is no joke! I am not going to say what school it is, but this is not a joke.

I don't know how many parents agree on this but this could be maybe they worry of primary school students year 1 and year 2 does not have seat during recess time? I don't recall any of this happens to me,  if there is no seating I usually wait for them to finish their meal and I go sit there. But now the school has numbered the tables and left very few options for students to sit.

Now tell me what do you think? The school sure knows how to make money out of the parents!

Carrefour food court

This is at Carrefour Subang Jaya the food court, I am there sometimes for lunch with family. My son and I prefer the chicken rice, they are some other choice of food. Sean likes to play there because he gets to enjoy all the ride for free, yeah I mean free because we not put coin just let him have fun sitting there.

Sean likes to sit them so much and when we at Sunway Pyramid he will want to take ride but there is not free you need to pay for them. I don't like go there anymore because you need to avoid the places like that you tend to spend more because of the rides.

Do you know that today the IOI Mall is open until 12 midnight? Yeah we were there last weekend and Jen with me have nasi lemak while Sean eats chicken rice at the Jusco food court. Hubby orders something else I don't know that name because there is egg and many tomato and chilli sauce looks like fried rice to me.

Anyway if you have time go check out the freebie for necklace and bracelet. There is things you need to do in order to get them for free. Yeah you know it nothing is free!

Son is sicked again

Sean is sick today because last night he has fever and middle of night he cough until he vomits. He just started to nap as he wakes up early morning wants to go Kindergarten but we stopped him because he has fever and in the afternoon Jen and I bring him to see paed. The doctor that he usually sees only available in the morning so we saw another doctor it is Lee Eng Kam.

The doctor mentions that he has overweight and need to cut down on food seriously five meals a day is a lot and he needs to eat more vegetables. He needs to eat less oily food and sugary stuff because they put on weight fast. Jen also in the room but she looks unhappy but this is the truth of what doctor mention. I don't know why every time I put blanket on Sean while he is asleep he will cough. He will kicks off all the blanket, hubby has no idea that I tried to put blanket on him in the night but he keeps kick them off.

Young man today age 30s and 40s are seeing doctor because of heart failure or heart attack. No kidding this is about health and I serious need to give Sean some exercise at the gardening. I know he loves it but Jen prefers he stays indoor because of aedes mosquitoes in the area.

Nap for a long time

Hubby had a long nap and he just wake up, he is tired as he not get enough sleep. Everyone is waiting for him to say where to have dinner. You have no idea I am feeling so hungry now but he says that see how first on where to eat and we all just wait.

This morning after send Sean to kindergarten we head to the restaurant at SS14, Subang Jaya. The restaurant has my favourite char kuey tiao and we packed two packets one for father-in-law another for Jen.

I like to buy chee cheong fun from night market but it is only available on Tuesday night. The night market is at SS13, Subang Jaya.

Sean is having fun playing his dinosaur toys now. Just now he played the Thomas and Trains puzzle. He can put back the puzzle each piece together.

Pepper burger

Look at this yummy pepper burger, I forgot if this is beef or chicken. It is very spicy, I don't like spicy and if I have too much spicy food I will go toilet. I try cut down on spicy food now because my skin sensitive I can have acne show up the next day.

Rojak at Subang Jaya ss15

I love to eat and sometimes I went to this stall to buy the rojak. It is so yummy but there the price is quite expensive.

I am sure you have seen this store it is nearby KFC Subang Jaya.

Dining at Glenmarie

It is my first time to go Glenmarie for breakfast, this is belonging to Jen. It is curry laksa and she told me that it looks delicious but it is tasteless. According to hubby, he told me that it is nice to eat but very spicy. I choose to eat the economy rice because I do not like too spicy.

The cost of this bowl of curry laksa MYR$6.

It is a Chinese restaurant and many customers there to eat.

Sausage and egg

It is not about shopping today but it is about food. Sean loves this the minute he saw it but he was not feeling quite right. He wants to go toilet and the toilet at the restaurant is not clean so he decided not to go. He hold his it until he is back home for the poo project.

Nestle Smarties! ice cream

This is Sean favourite ice cream, he loves it!

Ice cream at A&W restaurant

I love dining at restaurant, it is delicious ice cream at A&W restaurant. I love dining, kids love ice cream too. Sean love to share this ice cream but he will not eat the banana.
